What personal data are we processing?

We will not forward your information to anyone and we will process them exclusively for the execution of the order to which notifications about the orders also relates to, the issue of invoice and the delivery through the delivery service, which is also our contracted personal data processor.
  • If you register during the purchase process
A visitor can become a member by signing in during the purchase process by selecting a box under the contact details form – create an account. When registering into the online store, the visitor obtains a user name that is identical to his e-mail address and the password he chooses himself, thereby becoming a member. The Web Store’s member username and password enable and provide access to the information entered. A member may at any time replace his email address and password with another.   • Delavska hranilnica d.d. and PayPal, which manage payment systems,
  • Metakocka d.o.o., software for issuing invoices,
  • Postal Service of Slovenia (EMS), GLS and other delivery services that deliver packages to the customer.
To send newsletters, we use the MailChimp provider, to whom we only provide your e-mail address. With your consent and the confirmation of cookies, we may also forward information to advertisers and social networks to display custom ads on other websites. These are:

Data retention time

    • An individual has the right to obtain all personal data, which we obtained on the basis of his consent. We provide all the information in a legible form. Simple data transfer is only possible for data processed in electronic form.
  • Right to object to data processing
    • The data subject shall, on grounds relating to his particular situation, have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6 (1), including the creation profiles based on these provisions. The data manager ceases to process personal data unless it proves necessary legitimate grounds for processing that prevail over the data subject’s interests, rights and freedoms, or for the claiming, enforcement or defense of legal claims.
    • Where personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him for the purposes of such marketing, including the creation of profiles insofar as it relates to such direct marketing.
  • Right of appeal
    • Each data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that the processing of personal data in connection with him violates the regulation for the protection of personal data.
