KRDR d.o.o., the owner and operator of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the manager or as “us”), undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with the ZVOP-1 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – General Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR). Below is the information about which personal information is processed, especially about our visitors and members of the online store, for what purposes we process it, how much time we process and to whom we provide it, and what your rights are in processing your personal information.

What personal data are we processing?

We process the following data in our web store:
  • name and surname;
  • delivery addresses;
  • firm or the name of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
  • the tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
  • e-mail address (username);
  • password in encrypted form;
  • contact telephone number;
  • country of residence;
  • IP addresses;
  • list of cookies;
  • other data that the user voluntarily enters into forms in the online store;
  • other information that the user voluntarily adds later in his profile.
The vendor is not responsible for the correctness, completeness and promptness of the data entered by users.

The purpose of personal data processing

We process your personal information for various purposes:
  • If you are a visitor to our online store
Cookies (mandatory cookies) are stored in your browser, which are necessary for the proper functioning of the online store and a better user experience. These cookies remember what items you added to your shopping cart or wishlist and the information you entered into the forms. In addition to compulsory cookies, analytical, advertising, and cookies on your social networking sites are also stored in your browser when you visit.   • If you make a purchase / order in our online store
Every visitor can make a purchase in our online store by agreeing to the terms of business and conditions of personal data protection at the end of the purchase and becomes a buyer. The Buyer is obliged to provide the following personal data for the execution of the contract:
  • first and last name,
  • company name and VAT ID if the buyer is a legal entity,
  • the address of the buyer and the address for delivery, if delivery is made to another address,
  • contact details such as e-mail address and customer’s telephone number,
  • payment information (PayPal, payment cards),
  • other non-binding annotations related to the order.
We will not forward your information to anyone and we will process them exclusively for the execution of the order to which notifications about the orders also relates to, the issue of invoice and the delivery through the delivery service, which is also our contracted personal data processor.
  • If you register during the purchase process
A visitor can become a member by signing in during the purchase process by selecting a box under the contact details form – create an account. When registering into the online store, the visitor obtains a user name that is identical to his e-mail address and the password he chooses himself, thereby becoming a member. The Web Store’s member username and password enable and provide access to the information entered. A member may at any time replace his email address and password with another. If a member forgets his password, he can obtain a new one by going to the lost password page ( enter his email address into the box to which we send him the password reset link. The member must ensure the security of his password. We will not forward your information to anyone and we will process them exclusively for the execution of the order to which notifications about the orders also relates to, the issue of invoice and the delivery through the delivery service, which is also our contracted personal data processor.   • If you sign up for the newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, you consent and agree to the use your e-mail address solely for our own advertising purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on unsubscribe or by e-mail with a request to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters.

If you contact us through a contact form, e-mail address or phone number, we will use your information solely for the purpose of communicating with you.

Data processors

As the manager, we process your information exclusively for our own purposes. In this case, we also provide your data to other contractors, such as delivery services, payment administrators, accountancy service providers, web site maintenance providers who process data in accordance with our instructions and the general regulation on the protection of personal data. Contractual processors of personal data linked to a user’s order:
  • Delavska hranilnica d.d. and PayPal, which manage payment systems,
  • Metakocka d.o.o., software for issuing invoices,
  • Postal Service of Slovenia (EMS), GLS and other delivery services that deliver packages to the customer.
To send newsletters, we use the MailChimp provider, to whom we only provide your e-mail address. With your consent and the confirmation of cookies, we may also forward information to advertisers and social networks to display custom ads on other websites. These are:

Data retention time

As a manager, we will only keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected. For certain data such as accounting and tax data processed for the fulfillment of a contract, there is a different legal deadline of 10 years.

Rights of the Individual

Every individual has the right to the following information:
  • Right to get acquainted
    • Every individual has the right to know what information we collect about him and why and how we use it.
  • Right to rectification
    • If an individual observes that his data is incomplete or incorrect, he has the right to require for it to be corrected or updated.
  • Right to erasure
    • Every individual has the right to a deletion of personal data as soon as possible, except in case of urgent fulfillment of legal obligations.
  • Right to restriction of processing
    • An individual has the right to limit the processing of personal data in the event of an objection regarding the inaccuracy of the data for a period allowing us to verify them,
    • in the case where the legislation opposes the deletion,
    • in case we want to delete your information, and you need them to claim, enforce or defend legal claims.
  • Right to data portability
    • An individual has the right to obtain all personal data, which we obtained on the basis of his consent. We provide all the information in a legible form. Simple data transfer is only possible for data processed in electronic form.
  • Right to object to data processing
    • The data subject shall, on grounds relating to his particular situation, have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6 (1), including the creation profiles based on these provisions. The data manager ceases to process personal data unless it proves necessary legitimate grounds for processing that prevail over the data subject’s interests, rights and freedoms, or for the claiming, enforcement or defense of legal claims.
    • Where personal data are processed for the purposes of direct marketing, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to him for the purposes of such marketing, including the creation of profiles insofar as it relates to such direct marketing.
  • Right of appeal
    • Each data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if he considers that the processing of personal data in connection with him violates the regulation for the protection of personal data.
