DELIVERY

Packages are shipped to EU Member States, some products also to the USA and Canada (weight and dimension limitation). The delivery price is calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the items and the country. The delivery price is separately shown in the shopping cart and the completion of the purchase. The weight of the packages is limited to 40kg for EU Member States and 30kg for non-EU countries. If the order exceeds the weight limit, it is dispatched in several packages. We will send out orders of items in stock within 2-3 business days, and we will notify the buyers and send them the tracking number, if available. If your country is not listed contact us and we will look for the best possible solution. We send packages through delivery services: Postal Service of Slovenia (EMS), GLS, FedEx.
